From about mid Dec to mid Feb. it looked dead, was dead. That's about two months. We've been doing this "dead in the water" for almost two months again. I could be wrong but I think enough accumulation has occurred. I think it could bounce anytime. it will probably seem to come out of nowhere. I'm keeping an eye on it and sell on the bounce.
