How and when will we hear any updates on the current Debt
dilution, and when it ends? And when we will know how much
the SS will be reduced? Any idea on Ticker change timeframe?

"The Company will make a statement to all investors on the debt finality, as well as the Share Structure, via a Shareholder Update."

The 14-C must take place before the new ticker, and the timing will entirely be up to FINRA.

I don’t have a better answer on the exact date when FROZ (name and symbol change) goes away but I, for one, can’t wait.
