When I talked with scottrade they told me anything over $1 could be purchased with unsettled funds. I bought many times like that so maybe different branch runs thing different . I am in Chicago but it should all be the same. One question I would ask on the annual meeting would be what was the reason behind doing the financing so close to each other.
