I'm glad to see everyone who has responded to MB post sees it the way I did as well.
They need to release FnF and let them recapitalize.
This is a no brainer.
Congress thinks just because you use up your rainy day fund or need a short term loan to get you through an emergency you should never ever be able to run a household again. It's called an emergency fund for a reason.
