There is a restriction on ALL TD accounts. Other brokerages may still allow opening buy orders but all TD account holders can NOT buy this stock. Its currently on a restriction list that is similar to the DTC chill list. Regardless of what others think, this is NOT a good thing hence the reason this is down again since intraday yesterday. The buying pressure is significantly less. There is no buying from ALL TD account holders.
