The current news isnt anything set in stone yet. They are making plans. But all these plans cant do anything until they have the ok from canada government to grow hemp. Once they get that news for us, i see no reason why this stock would go down anymore.

But as of now, they are just telling us the possibilitys if everything goes through ok.

Peronally I feel okay with it, means this is trading on real stuff not just fluff. (Or they are flooding us with shares, the later i hope not)
