While it may seem the "stock" is not going SPIN's way, the business, shown by the balance sheet and fundamentals are. It won't be the first time a stock has gotten out of whack to a company's fundamentals and it won't be the last. But that is what creates opportunity.

When this board was first started several years ago, the company had a negative .10 Book Value per share and the stock was trading over a dollar. Now it is over plus .30. Since inception, the Company has collected almost $9 million dollars from settled suits, though never having raised more then $3 million, and only half of that with stock. Procedures already bought and paid for have a future gross value of over $15 million. All bought with the original total of $3 million. And the company is in its strongest cash position ever.

I could care less about whether anyone on this board wants to buy or sell shares, I just want their decision to be made based on facts plus speculation, not just speculation based on mis-information.
