On April 28, 2014, Vringo Infrastructure, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vringo, Inc., entered into a confidential agreement with Tyco Integrated Security, LLC to resolve litigation on mutually acceptable terms that was pending between the parties in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Regional Court of Mannheim, Germany.
