Read my short post #19639 this should answer your question on why legally they are still trading. Additionally IF, and they are not out of business, IF they were closed and gone THEN they would not be trading. They are in business, the fact that shares are trading hands pretty much firms that up, but just having a tough and expensive accounting issue due to their last lug head "cheap" accountant. Any accountant that is going to do this right and fix the problem is going to go back some years and get this all corrected so they also don't get de-listed by the SEC. This will get resolved, they will communicate and we will all be pleasantly surprised. IMO of course!
