Some buying transactions from TD took place after 11AM but they were "looped" orders, meaning they went through on accident. As of now buying orders with anyone from a TD account will not be processed. I urge anyone with TD to place a buy order right now and "confirm" the order. After it is confirmed you will then get a Rejection notice and your order will be cancelled automatically.
