My Guestimate:

Reduction of the A/S from 20B down to either 5B or 6B

R/S down the road somewhere, unless they do a share buyback, but it will happen only when the share price is a lot higher than these present levels. perhaps .05-.25 range.

The dilution here was for the right reasons, and the R/S (not anytime soon) will be to get onto the Nasdaq in 2016


Big difference when you compare that to most other penny stocks which dilute to pay C-level executive salaries and keep the company afloat! & then do a R/S in order to do it all over again.

That isn't at all the case here..
Oh, also 50M+ revenue in FY 2015?!?
