As I do not want to be accused of witholding information from the board. I will infact tell that I did get some answers.

HOWEVER. FRANK needs to respond to me in written format so that his answers may not be misconstrued by any means. SO DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO AROUND SCREAMING THESE ANSWERS TO ANYONE YET. KEEP CALM.

I have emailed him a longer list of questions that we did not discuss, and hopefully we will get the answers in the morning or afternoon with full responses so that we may all better understand the scope of the recent developments.

but if you want to take my word for it. I will tell you all the summary of the conversation right now so that it is infact public information and you all do not cry that the hippo was being unfair.

This was the scope of our conversation, and I told him I would email for more questions and answers. because we shareholders are putting out a more detailed article for public release.

So you guys don't ruin it. Just know that the hippo never lied to you when the article drops, and that I did this for you guys.


1. In the December press release the company proclaimed the debt was "assigned to the third parties" since then we have noticed the float increase by 250 million. Are these shares that are hitting the float paying off the debt?
Short Answer: Yes.

2. Are the 354 million inside held common shares subject to a reverse split just like the rest of our shares.
Short Answer: Yes.

3. Will the assets of Ludvik Holdings Inc. become more transparent if and when the company releases audited financials?
Short Answer: Yes.

4. Is WDHINC.com our new website that is under construction?
Short Answer: Yes.

5. When the company makes an acquisition with the series C preferred shares, does this infact allow WNTR to place those assets on the balance sheet?
Short Answer: Yes
