The share count has not increased by 80MM shares. From what I've seen it only grew by around 20 million. Given the recent key personnel additions, content acquisitions, and employee stock plans, I'm surprised it's not more. The next quarterly financials are due on May 15th and I'm sure they will contain the issues for the first quarter.

NTEK files quarterly financials that include all share issuance so everyone can see exactly what has been issued and who it was issued to.

Those financials also contain a list of products and services that NTEK offers for sale.
