Adrock, pump and dumps occur with stocks of all sizes, shareholders, revenue and share price.

There are many scenarios where sellers of USPR wouldn't necessarily care what price the stock was trading at. The amount of $ people make is not solely based on stock price. It's also based on how many shares are sold. Selling 1,000 shares of USPR at .12 is equal to selling 100 shares of USPR at 1.20. So price doesn't really matter.

To be clear I am in no way suggesting there is a huge, conspiracy driven, illegal pump and dump going on here. But there are degrees of a pump and dump. What's going on here at USPR may not rise to the level of criminal actions, but it doesn't mean that this is not a pump and dump. It is. The price action and the share volume support my statement. If people want to ignore that, so be it.

Doesn't mean I am not correct.

This post is my opinion and should not be used as investment advice.
