This company still faces a few challenges, but I don't believe it's crumbling. They are in a huge market and I believe they can get back online they have and/or what they are doing to upgrade them. I am curious about the new revenue stream, however, future ambitions to acquire more tech companies is the last thing on my mind. I want to see the products in the marketplace commanding their share of the market.

On the other hand...how can they uplist now with the new QB rules? I don't see this at a penny in the near future.

I don't envy management's position here, but I remain optimistic in the long run. "long run", flippers may need a dictionary
