Its a good piece of info, but doesnt get to the heart of the matter fully IMO. It doesnt show us crap, other than when it takes place and for what amount. And clearly the larger amounts, paired with their consistent timing not far after close, eliminates the idea it has anything to do with foreign investors placing after market orders IMO.
