OK...so yesterday's high was 3.91. Today's low was 3.85. So that means today candle 'overlapped or touched' yesterday's candle. So there is no gap.

Now there WAS a gap when we opened up this morning because we opened five cents higher than yesterday's high. However during trading today the stock came down and 'covered' that gap.

If it works I have a link here that has an actual gap from one day to the next. You will notice that no part of the one days trading touched the next. However you see that a few days later the stock did come up and 'close' that gap.
