The Turkish time charter was supposedly a 5-day cruise departing from Istanbul on 9/4/13. In the two press releases issued by the company, Peter Villiotis made multiple false claims including the following:

The 450 Passengers will embark in Istanbul Turkey and will cruise on to the Greek Mainland Ports. The Time Charter will bring the company $311,000 dollars in gross income plus additional on board revenues from the bars, gift shops, and other amenities on board the five day cruise.

The Time Charter in conjunction with the cruise operations that we have previously announced in the Greek Islands will bring the company completely profitable and give us full operations status. The company will generate approximately €650,000 monthly in gross revenue.

Peter never named the ship that was supposedly chartered for the "Turkish cruise" or gave any details that would allow investors to verify his claims. This "time charter" never materialized and Peter's public claims about it appear to be blatantly false.

Additionally, the claimed "operations previously announced in the Greek Islands" that were supposed to generate "approximately €650,000 monthly in gross revenue" was also blatantly false.

Nothing this company says should be believed. It has a proven history of lying to the public and is not transparent about its obvious dilution.
