I really think WDAS needed to raise the market cap for a few reasons! This is just my opinion! In order to get government projects in Japan they had to show more worth! Iv been doing a lot of studying and it may have a lot to do with this whole japan thing! Again just my opinion however Japan is going to become the first market in the world for Photovoltaics and will have the most installations world wide! They have many govt projects which are publicly and government funded for renewable energy in the works which will give government kickbacks to the users! Because of Japan's climatic characteristics make it particularly suitable for renewable energy production plants installations! Japan is ready to become one of the worlds most greenest countries! After the disaster in 2011 japan is searching and have found the answer with renewable energy! It even states in today's PR that they needed this for projects like this! We have some major news coming our way! Just wait and see
