Looking to jump back in, but nervous about the last PR about the late 10K where they state: "The impact on the late filing on the Company's ongoing business is nil. The impact on the Company's stock is only that we cannot issue any new shares until the 10K is filed."

Nervous that they will be doing a Reverse split or something like raising the float, thus diluting the share value at that time. Relatively new here so if someone has an explanation to their statement in the above PR, I would love to hear it. Thanks GLTA
