The trick is the R/S needs to be applied to all shares. Not just the OS. That includes preferred shares. Then its an even playing field for the company to increase the PPS by reducing the amount of shares. The bad R/S is the ones applied to only the O/S (share holders) then start the dilution process by dumping from the A/S. I just went through this with $CTKHD. The PPS did not go into the dumps for us as it was obviously to sell the company or uplist.
