So lets compare CEO's 2012 remuneration for start-up oil companies.

Treaty Energy Corporation (TECO) - Andrew Reid $2,600,000

Hyperdynamics Corporation (HDY) - Ray Leonard $961,000

New World Oil and Gas PLC (NWO Incorporated in Jersey) - William C. Kelleher $721,000

The performance of the three companies can be read in their annual reports referenced below.

Who knows why start-up Treaty paid their CEO the same as multinational BP in 2012? I don't.
