I wouldn't call it a continuing drop.

Since 4/14 the PPS has fluctuated about 14% between .04 and .0464

Over 130,000,000 shares have traded for over $5,000,000

This looks like solid trading and consolidation to me without any news.

Holding pattern waiting for launch.
