TRCPA - I had a conversation with Gene over a year ago and he seemed to be well informed with JCL's efforts without actually identifying them. A lot of effort has gone into trying to commercialize sludge processing and I suspect JCL has a commercially viable solution now. If anyone is in touch with HQ this week perhaps they could see what details can be learned.

Still looking for confirmation for the 5th and 6th machine orders this FY.
