You are on target. There has been no promo and we don't need a promo. ADCS has been transparent and has shown nice follow through on announced initiatives. We know more news is coming concerning JV and revenue streams, pps will move higher. The more impatient folk bail the easier the move up will be when it starts in earnest. jmho
