Minerco Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: MINE) FULL REPORT

Management views the growth of the THC brand is twofold: 1) by tactically developing “product” in house while 2) strategically evaluating business relationships such as partnerships and Joint Ventures with other established companies in targeted, vertical markets. Level 5 is currently in late stage discussions with a private company, based in Denver, Colorado, to combine our respective expertise into a single venture. This private company enjoys a large presence and established contacts in the industry and has approximately ten products in advanced development in all the vertical markets we have identified.

The company will host its Investor Conference Call on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. The Minerco / Level 5 Conference Call was scheduled for this week, the week of April 21, 2014. We will be few days late; however, the delay was essential (and worthwhile) so that a guest speaker can participate on the Call. The Call will be Tuesday, April 29, 2014. The exact time of the Call will be available on the Minerco website on or before Monday.

Our subsidiary, Level 5, is being developed as a specialty beverage retailer. Level 5 intends to incorporate a proprietary vitamin enhanced system to its beverages. Level 5 is being designed to provide hot and cold beverages and energy shots with an option to incorporate a variety of combined vitamins, providing vitamins to the consumer in a convenient and time-efficient way. Level 5 anticipates providing its customers the ability to drive up and order (from a trained Barista) their choice of a custom-blended espresso drink, freshly brewed coffee, teas, yogurts or other beverages. Level 5 is offering an option to the fast-food, gas station, and institutional coffee. Level 5 plans to offer its patrons hot and cold beverages, specializing in specialty coffees, blended teas, energy shots and other custom drinks. In addition, Level 5 expects to offer soft drinks, fresh-health food snacks such as granola and oatmeal bars, yogurts and other prepackaged ready to serve health food snacks. Seasonally, Level 5 expects to add beverages such as hot apple cider, hot chocolate, frozen coffees, and more.
