All the excitement, All the talk from Floyd Smith of how the S-1 was sooooo important (to Floyd only $$$) all the predictions of where the pps was going to go "IF" S-1 was approved!!! AND GUESS WHAT?????? Just look at the pps right now and ask yourself who was RIGHT!!! The pps is still way OVERVALUED with current O/S and more MASSIVE DILUTION on the way! BUT.......I believe it's about to adjust rather quickly now that NOTHING is dangling in front of investors faces to to look forward to???? Floyd didn't lower the par value of shares from .001 to .0001 for nothing!!!!! So start getting used to .0008's and .0006's cause that's where pps is heading!!!! IMHO...............
