As nupapa stated...and to elaborate, the lower the float and the higher the demand, the higher price can demand to sell their share. So all the penny stocks with billions and billions of shares in their float take much more buying action to raise the stock price. As the price increases it is much more likely that those shares weigh the price of the stock down. So a low float stock is much quicker to react up (and down) to buying selling pressure. The beauty of AMMX is that we see what about a million shares produce on the price action every day since the available shares (float) is so low. Can you imagine a 10-20 million share trading day??? That's what could happen when the big contracts are finalized. Very exciting and great things ahead! Go AMMX!!!
