Justin - don't be naive.

Strategically, as an IP company that is litigating against the big boys, and as a company which many are quick to label as a "patent troll", VRNG really needs to paint itself consistently as "reasonable and accommodating" in the legal process.

They need to take the high road.

To do anything less would compromise their long term position. VRNG's position always needs to be "we have always been willing to license this technology on reasonable terms, and we have really tried to be easy to deal with".

Think about it.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
