Most institutions / funds can't buy in until the PPS reaches at least $4. They typically can't touch penny stocks as part of the objective. Which is why it is so imperative to get her to that level. That alone should (eventually) drive PPS to double digits.

That said, I do agree that there are other manipulative factors at work but every day that goes bye that Mgt. REFUSES to update their shareholders is a lost oppty to protect current price level. I don't understand why folks aren't calling Johnny every day about this ? Next you will have people jumping ship because they will believe they have no good news to even share and if that happens it's back to $1. Just ridiculous to even be sub $2 here within 16 months of commercialization or buyout.
