That's good to know. I'll snapshot this and take it up to my broker and see what they say. I would guess that Scottrade has the same rules in all the states. Have you actually tried to sell CANN? I got the message that my limit price was too far from the Bid/Ask range and was denied. That makes sense since both are at zero, but I'll double check.
