I said look at the June 10, 2013 blog by the company which says the trademark is registered. I have a U.S. patent in my name, just so you know, so I have a bit of firsthand knowledge about the topic, generally speaking. Our company has a trademark or two, it is the best means to develop recognition in the marketplace and has worked wonderfully for us. I have been all through the process of meeting with a patent attorney and securing and defending a trademark. The Appflix trademark is registered when the objection is rectified/satisfied/placated, if it is not used commercially then it is considered an abandoned trademark registration and NOT an abandoned application. Storm assured everyone the other day that the trademark is not abandoned. Anyhow, this conversation is moot very soon, regardless of whomever dislikes that fact.
