I have a really strong suspicion that SVFC, et al have been directed, forcefully, by their respective counsel, NOT TO SAY anything or to intimate anything. So, we wait for whatever comes about.
I've spend a fair amount of time in court. I think the best judges realize that both parties are usually right (to some degree) and have to divine how to apply the law to very divergent opinions to perceptions of correctness.
Just my opinion.
My other opinion is that I'd like for SVFC to come out fully operational with a good CFO and CEO... and GET BOUGHT for big $...by Merck. But that's me.
