A SJ or even a partial SJ would be astonishing to me, considering the input I have had from two very experienced IP attorneys. That said, it would be an immediate game changer in terms of the PPS and I suspect would induce a buying panic for several days, that I have hedged against with 300,000 GERSD shares. However, once the SJ was appealed I also suspect that this rally would fizzle when people figure out that no settlements are forth coming. As I have previously stated if GERS can avoid BK and YAGI taking over the patents by calling the note, we have a rainbow on the far horizon -- but not this year or the next.
