1322 Round Table. I'm a local in Dallas and my work had me making a delivery 4 miles from the location mentioned in Dallas. I figured what the heck and drove by to check things out. The first thing i noticed was the trash at the curb. Went along with the renovation claim. Old chairs and all mostly. I walked in since the door was open already and a woman was slowly cleaning things up. an older guy was there sitting at an out of place computer desk (since the place was kinda dumpy looking). I asked him if they were affiliated with 3rd eye. He didn't have a clue what i was talking about. I then asked about Jazz candles. He know right away who they were and said that they were next door to him. I asked about the renovations that were supposed to be happening and his response was "yea, they've been readying the back back there, but its taking a while for them to get to it" I asked If he know when they'd be complete and he didn't know.

My guess is that this guy is the old tenet and is packing to move out by the way it looked. He wasn't affiliated with 3rd eye or JAZZ.

JAZZ was in the attached building next door but i don't see how the two week deadline for the renovation is going to happen at the pace I just witnessed.

This was about an hour ago. Thought someone might be interested to know whats out there.
