MYEC Question. How do share buy backs work? I know what they are and how they effect shareholders. But more specifically, when can they happen. Could Ed be using profits to buyback and retire shares now, without letting anyone know? Are there rules in place that govern such things? For example the last buyback. When did that number become known in the float?
