Hard to say, considering some current issues. The Koreas on the verge of armed conflict, the former Soviet block conflict, Japan and China rattling sabers. If it turns out to be a cold fall and early winter, we might be looking at $0.50.

I think more than one event will have to go bad to be at that level though.
