I’m sure Harry won’t mind me posting below what I received from him this morning as it is in the interest of keeping information accurate. So the information that a few of us heard about items already being submitted last week was not entirely true however it sounds as though the submission is very close. So stay tuned, very optimistic here.


“2013 K is complete and we should be able to drop that in the form 10 today or Tuesday. We added a subsequent event ...a good one...that had to be added. I have not yet signed, that is last step.
The Q is not complete, but the information needed has been provided...its not much so it should be a quick task.”
