The closing date is March 11th, Yes??
We are on day 48 from the closing date, Yes??
There are other things besides the Listing and Maintenance Requirements that you keep posting about that have come and gone that SVFC are in default, Yes?

Whats YA waiting for if all they want is to take the assets? They could use other things now to show default. They don't have to wait for the listing requirements.
