I agree, must have taken Cliff a week to put that together..if it is telegraphing anything, I don't see it. I get the feeling any ZTE settlements will somehow be sealed as well which would just be another knife in the back of shareholders. This is good information but the USPTO note on Google's umpteenth angle at trying desperately to have a patent invalidated is infuriating.
