Those who believe PHOT will recover are living in a fantasy world. I believe that when the principals who committed these crimes are charged, the stock will plunge below a penny. The SEC does not investigate a company for fraud after it suspends trading. It completes the investigation, makes a determination, either releases it, or suspends it. Which one happened here? I believe the criminal aspect of the case is now in the hands of the FBI, who will be in charge of announcing formal criminal charges in the near future. Good Luck to those who still have the "pipe dream"
