Strange ? Pretty common for Penny Stocks. Until we see some news or decent revenue, the MM's will continue their game playing. So very important investors follow their own DD at this point, cause there's plenty more of this B.S. to come. If you have faith in the product and the Management, it's an excellent opportunity to add. Just saying. IMO GLTA
