Are you serious? TCPS only ever had one stock split, and it was 8:1 forward!
And maybe 100M shares added the other day, not the "billions" you claim.

If so, PLEASE provide proof through links, not just wild, exaggerated, untrue statements that only hurt shareholders.
266M (or now a couple 100M more) on no R/S ever, IS NOT the sort of stock selling scam the bashers and truth-twisting liars here are describing.
Otherwise there would have been a lot more shares out there by April 8, 2014, than a mere 266M at that point in time.
Yes, I acknowledge huge selling the other day. Out of 99M volume, keep in mind at least some of that was buys, not sells of new shares entering the market. Say 2/3 of it was sells. If so, then maybe 66M new shares, not billions, entered the market that day. Who knows, maybe they intended to do it all in one day. Sure seemed like it that day. (And the super LOW volume since that time has been nothing but impatient retail players selling out of fear, looking for a place to get their money out to use on another play. Thus, driving it lower in the process.) So please help me understand: What makes you think, based on one day, that this company is out of control with selling shares, when after more than A DECADE they only had 266M outstanding?
Again, I am open learn; but to intelligent responses only.
