Let's take this to it's logical conclusion. Why would MM's short a micro penny? For shares you say? The stock is micro cap trading at roughly half a penny for pete's sake. And as far as retail goes it cost too much to short, it's just not worth it. Companies at this level sell shares just to stay alive.
