Quite agree. Another example is GNCP has no revenue and no assets. It's playing on bogus assays that are supposed to represent "value," but in reality is still equal to zero. Everything about GNCP is about this term "value" in their mission statement. It's a term that cannot be quantified. Lastly is this paper debt. Even if this debt was legitimate, it's all toes to the shares, which translates to the shareholders owning the debt, ergo the dilution you spoke of. In reality the company has nothing invested AND at the end of this will still have NO assets when the debt is paid.
