It this report is true it is irrefutable proof that the twin towers were nuked. I've come to believe this given all the evidence over time. Directed energy weapons just don't add up but neutron bombs, small ones, do. Oddly, my cousin was in the 2nd tower and escaped the blast. After the first building was hit she left the building along with hundreds of others. Management got on the intercoms and told everyone to remain calm and to stay where they were... she left immediately. Long story short she developed a cancer on her lip about two years after the attack... she's ok but I didn't put two and two together until now.
