Hi I haven't seen much talk about the non-cash charge for fair value adjustments for warrants. Some rough math to estimate,

5 mil warrants outstanding x ($7current fair value - $0.5 fair value at Dec 31) = $32.5 million charge

They need to emphasize non-Gaap or the final earns could be completely wiped out by non cash charges
