Nevada corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary (“BMSG”), Regen BioPharma, Inc., a Nevada corporation and 96% owned subsidiary (Regen) and
Entest BioMedical, Inc., (“Entest”), a Nevada corporation which was a majority owned subsidiary up to February 3, 2011. Significant inter-company
transactions have been eliminated.
