I have "Encounter" The company at $525 per share if the pps goes to .075 and there is a 30/70 split and a 1:1000 R/S on "Encounter". That isn't to be compared to Encounter Development Technologies Inc (NPTC) Hard to say if "Encounter" does business with PTEL, EUOT, DUTV and SREH in a merger into a holding company.

Pure speculation but the numbers work.

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
