You don't get it. When will it be signed? Is there a date specifying exactly when it will be signed? What if its not signed for the next month, 2 months, 6 months? I think someone mentioned that if the agreement was reached and not signed, SEC rule states that you still have to file 8-K within 4 days but i am not sure if that is the case. Can someone find this out?
